Present written information in different forms

We use different forms of writing for different purposes. When you write something you need to think about who you are writing to, and what you want to achieve by writing to them.

As you can see, written communication is a two way process. You choose the form or shape of your writing to suit both your own needs and the needs of the person you are writing to.
